Contact us

One address, read by the people who write the pages: smartseokings@gmail.com. The messages that matter most are the ones that catch a page out, and this page says what to put in them so that they can be checked and fixed.

A page is wrong

Name the page, quote the line, and say what the casino's own terms say instead, with a link or a screenshot of the terms. A wagering figure that reads differently in the terms, a cap the page prints that the terms do not, a country that has moved onto a restricted list, a licence number that has stopped resolving: each is checked against the casino's own documents and the regulator's register, and the fix goes in with a fresh date at the foot of the page.

A code did not work

The brand, the code, the date, the country you registered from, and a screenshot of the form's response after typing the code. The not-credited page lists the causes a reader can check first, and most reports resolve there; the rest go into the next verification run, and a fail we can reproduce comes off the card.

A casino is holding your money

The blocked account guide sets out the steps, and we cannot take any of them for you: we are not a regulator and hold no player funds. What a message does is put the case on the record for the review, with the brand, the dates, the reason the casino gave and the clause it cited; readers' reports are part of what the trust mark reflects.

Partnership and listing

Read the cooperation page first. It says what a brand needs to have to be listed, what a partnership changes and what it does not, and the things we will not agree to. Messages that skip it get a link to it.

What we do not answer

Requests for a code from another site, requests to remove a restricted-country block from a review, requests to move a score, and anything asking us to contact a casino on a player's behalf. The reasons are on the about page and the editorial page.

Where we are

The team works from Malta, by email only; there is no telephone line and no office for visitors, and the country and the address above are the whole of the contact details in the footer of every page. A street address on a review site is decoration, and the email is answered, usually within a few working days, with the page checked against the casino's own documents before any reply that says a page has changed.
